Guru on site was started in 2006 as an extension to my computer shop, to share what I know, hear and learn in the course of my work.  This was to assist my customers or alert them in the care of their own computers and related equipment. This blog platform replaces that site so the information you find here will be current.

I am a computer technician with over 15 years of experience at repairing computers and enjoy helping people become self reliant at fixing their own systems.
